What is it?

Honors Student Council is a student-led organization at the HTC Honors College of Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC.

Mission

Honors Student Council (HSC) provides honors students an intimate space to work with their peers. Through events, community service, and fundraising activities, members of HSC develop relationships within CCU and the surrounding Conway community. The organization promotes the HTC Honors College, acting as student representatives for the honors program.

Activities

Honors Student Council hosts events to build a greater sense of community among the honors population. HSC regularly hosts a Fall Festival, a welcoming event for incoming freshmen, and are continually working on new events to put on for their students. The members also participate in Relay for Life and work with local shelters to provide community service efforts.
