Scheduling an Appointment
All residents must schedule a move-in appointment in order to check-in. On July 6, 2023 (tentative), residents will be notified via CCU email when appointments are available for selection, based on housing assignment.
Residents will select their move-in appointment online in MyCoastalHome and should be selected at least 48 hours in advance of move-in. Appointments can be rescheduled if your travel plans change.
Approximately 24-48 hours before your check-in appointment, you will receive a reminder email. Read that email closely for important updates. For those residents moving in August 17-20, 2023, the reminder email will include a QR Code to show to the staff at the check-in tents. We encourage you to print this email with the QR Code or take a screenshot to save on your phone.
