Maintenance and Custodial Staff

Our maintenance and custodial staff are a key component in maintaining our buildings to support our residents' success. They include the maintenance technican that repairs the broken toilet, fixes the air conditioning that will not cool or replaces the broken bed. Also they include our custodians who empty the outside trash and clean our community spaces. We have both full-time and student positions and hire a larger number during the summer months to assist with the summer turnover of buildings for both summer conferences and fall opening.
