Desk Manager

Desk Managers (DMs) are undergraduate or graduate students who supervise the Desk Assistants (DAs) for an assigned community desk and serve as customer service representatives. Community Desks, or 24-Hour Desks, are the hub of information and activity in the residential community. DMs are responsible for the day-to-day management of the community desk, manage the desk schedule, training DAs and assist with regular desk responsibilities (check-ins, lock outs, emergency maintenance and answer questions about University Housing or CCU in general).
