Step 2: Human Resources Overview Presentation
All new employees are required to view the Human Resources Overview presentation prior to meeting with a benefits representative.

Step 3: Benefits Orientation Presentation
All new employees are required to complete this section of the Benefits Orientation prior to meeting with a benefits represenative. State guidelines require you to enroll in your benefits within 31 days of your hire date. Please view the presentations below in regard to your linsurance and leave options.

Step 4: Retirement Benefits Presentation
All employees of Coastal Carolina University are required to become members of the South Carolina Retirement System or the State Optional Retirement Plan, unless the employee is eligible to opt out of participation by statute and makes the election to opt out of participation within 30 days from his/her date of hire.
