Communication, Concentration in Interactive Journalism

Interested in sports and news broadcasting, commentary, or journalism? Join this concentration! Interactive Journalism in the Communication major has two areas of specialization: multimedia journalism and broadcast journalism. Multimedia journalism prepares you to research and produce your own original content for increasingly digital and interactive news organizations. Broadcast journalism prepares you to step into the television studios across the country or go out in the field for original reporting. Practice skills, knowledge, and ethics to report news and sports journalism for social media, websites, print, WCCU radio, and television.
