Gina Ford attended the University of Georgia and graduated with her Bachelor’s in International Affairs and Latin and Caribbean Studies and is now pursuing her Master’s in the Liberal Studies program at Coastal. She is dedicated to advocacy and awareness within many different disciplines. In being a Graduate Assistant for the CGE and for the DEI, Gina has had the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge of CCU and its current climate, and is excited to do more. As a student and member of graduate staff she wants to create positive and critical conversation about issues within the community and be a beacon for sustainable change that benefits all. By being a part of the DEI Student Advisory Council, she is excited to be a resource and mentor to those who are also passionate about inclusivity, respect and awareness.
