Blank Screen / No Login
- You must be on campus (or connected via VPN)
- You must be connected to the administrative network. Wi-Fi (CCUwired or any other network) will not work
- You must use Google Chrome or Safari web browser
- Internet Explorer browsers will not work
- Still not working? Call the ITS Service Center at 843-349-5000 or submit an ITS helpdesk ticket.
I can login, but I can't see anything
- Have you been able to log in and view documents in the past?
- YES - You may need to use a different app
- NO - Check with your direct supervisor to be sure access has been requested for you
