Troubleshooting Tips

Blank Screen / No Login
  • You must be on campus (or connected via VPN)
  • You must be connected to the administrative network. Wi-Fi (CCUwired or any other network) will not work 
  • You must use Internet Explorer browser only (Window users)
    • Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers will not work for any user
    • Mac users may use Firefox, but it must be an extended version that allows Java (you may download here)
  • Java must be installed and working. 
  • Still not working? Call the ITS Service Center at 843-349-5000 or submit an ITS helpdesk ticket.
I can login, but I can't see anything
  • Check your browser. You must use Internet Explorer browser only (Window users)
    • Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers will not work for any user
    • Mac users can use Firefox, but it must be an extended version that allows Java (you may download here)
    • Some older versions of Safari can load WebNow, but there are known issues with running specific views using Safari. Therefore, Mac users should use only the Firefox extended version.  
  • You may not have any permissions.
    • Have you been able to log in and view documents in the past?
      • YES - You may need to toggle the "views"
      • NO - Check with your direct supervisor to be sure access has been requested for you
