International Student Orientation Registration

All students must register for international student orientation.

All new international students are required to attend orientation.

REQUIRED: Spring 2020 international student orientation will be Tuesday, January 7, 2020, through Friday, January 10, 2020. Please note that Housing will open on Saturday, January 4, 2020, for students who will arrive early IF you contact me about your intent to arrive early so that I can make the necessary arrangements with the University Housing staff. Orientation schedule and more details will be distributed to all of our new incoming international students at a later date. Therefore, it is extremely important that you continuously check your email for any communication from our department and from CCU.

Please note that you must pay the $100 enrollment deposit before you can register for orientation. The fee for New Student Orientation for undergraduate, transfer, and graduate students is $155 per student and $20 per family member and/or guest. There is no New Student Orientation Fee for exchange students.

International students have an opportunity to move in early to their on-campus room. This means that you can arrange to check in to University Housing beginning on Saturday, January 4, 2020 if you make the proper arrangements.

Undergraduate, transfer, and graduate students with approval to attend orientation on Monday, August 14. Orientation begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m. This orientation is separate from domestic student orientation. A full schedule with location will be available on this page on August 1.
