The South Carolina Department of Administration's Executive Budget Office is responsible for the development of the Governor's budget and oversight of the annual state budget for the state. In an effort to improve and expand reports and information available to the general public on state budgeting and performance, each state agency is required to submit an annual Accountability Report.
