Liaison librarians will help you navigate the library, follow research best practices, and be an effective scholar by:
- Providing personalized instruction tailored to research assignments in your courses.
- Developing assignments that foster effective information seeking and research processes.
- Creating Research Guides tailored to your class.
- Developing strategies on where to publish, where to avoid, and how to create an online research identity.
- Finding Open Educational Resources (OER) to support your courses.
- Understanding and navigating issues of Open Access and Authors’ Rights.
- Identifying materials for the library to purchase that support your courses and research.
