With biofeedback technology we can receive information about the body such as heart rate, heart rate variability and coherence.
The Live Well office utilizes heart rate biofeedback (through a finger or ear lobe sensor) primarily as a form of stress management. This includes teaching various mind/body techniques to control emotions and increase resilience.
