Coastal Carolina University’s Department of Performing Arts will present an evening of student choreography under the direction of Robin Stephens on Thursday, April 13 at 7 p.m. in Wheelwright Auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.

The evening of original student dances will feature a variety of styles including classical ballet, lyrical, modern dance, Latin, jazz, tap and hip-hop.

Featured student choreographers will include Beth Boyd, Lauren Grantham, Amos Lee, Shannon Martin, Brianna Melton, Lizz Moring, Caitlyn Pollock, Lindsey Pribble, Adam Roberts, Jasmin Rosenstock and Marcie Willis. All student choreographers are members of Stephens’ Theatre 376 choreography class.

Stephens is a teaching associate of choreography at Coastal. She was an original cast member in the Broadway productions of “42nd Street” and “Dance A Little Closer.”
