Summer administrative hours at the university are:

Through Aug. 4:

Monday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Tuesday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Friday: 8 a.m. to noon

Kimbel Library through Aug. 15:

Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Saturday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sunday: 1 to 9 p.m.

Exceptions: Closes at noon Friday, May 26; open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, July 3; closed Tuesday, July 4; open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 11.

Williams-Brice Recreation Center and Pool:

Monday through Thursday: 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Friday: 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Closed Saturday and Sunday.

The following departments/areas will follow regular hours (weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) throughout the summer: Admissions, Public Safety, Residence Life, Switchboard and Facilities Management. The Post Office will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Fridays, closed on Saturdays.
