Gullah Community Day Bookmark and Share

Free and open to the public

The final day of the conference is dedicated to the history, customs and stories of our local communities. Presentations and exhibits feature arts, music, food, storytelling, and educational sessions on Gullah culture and its significance in the local area. The public is encouraged to attend to participate in critical dialogues and shared learning surrounding these topics. The conference concludes with a Community Sings service in Wheelwright Auditorium.
