CeTEAL: Writing Your Assessment Plan: Campus Labs Upgrades and an Assessment Best Practices Refresher Bookmark and Share

Mar 6

10 a.m. @ KRNS 210

The Campus Labs Planning tool that the University has been using for assessment planning and reporting for the past few years has recently been upgraded. Although the content of the assessment plans and reports remains the same (goals, SLOs/objectives, description of assessment, etc.), the user interface looks quite different. Campus Labs put much thought into this redesign and once you gain familiarity with the new interface we hope you will find it easy to use.

This session will offer hands-on practice with the new updated version of Campus Labs Planning and a refresher for best practices in writing your 2019-2020 assessment plan. We will review how to write clear and measurable goals, objectives/student learning outcomes and description of assessment.

The University deadline for creating 2019-2020 preliminary assessment plans is March 15, 2019. You will be using your 2019-20 preliminary plan in the training session, so have an electronic version available on training day.
