Please join the CCU Jazz Ensemble, CCU Recording Ensemble, and Coastal Faculty for an exciting night of music with guest artist Becca Stevens. Vocalist and composer Stevens is a NC native who was voted “Best Rising Star Vocalist” by Downbeat Magazine in 2017. Her latest album, Regina, received a perfect 5-star rating in Downbeat Magazine and was described as “Majestic, delicate pop arrangements in perfect harmony with a royal theme” by Rolling Stone Magazine.

Stevens will debut new arrangements of her music with the CCU Jazz Ensemble and Recording Ensembles in addition to performing a solo set of her original music. She will also appear with Artist-in-Residence Steve Bailey, performing a sneak-peek from Bailey’s upcoming album
