CeTEAL: Reduce your Stress by Expressing Gratitude to Others Bookmark and Share

Research shows that being grateful has benefits, from improving empathy to helping you sleep better, so why not take a moment to stop and express your gratitude to others. Not only can it make you feel better, but you just might make some else’s day.

Drop by the CeTEAL training room (KRNS 210) during this time to write a thank you note to someone you appreciate in your life. CeTEAL staff will provide thank-you notes, coffee and refreshments. Post Office drop-off for stamped mail and interoffice delivery for on-campus thank-you notes will be provided. Stamps for snail mail notes will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
