Edible Book Fair hosted by Kimbel for National Library Week Bookmark and Share

Apr 12

Noon to 2 p.m. @ Kimbel Library
FREE

In celebration of National Library Week, Kimbel Library is hosting an Edible Book Fair from noon to 2 p.m. on Monday April 12. All Coastal Carolina University faculty and staff are welcome to submit their own creations. Submissions will be displayed in the library while students, faculty and staff vote for their favorite book. Cake will be served for all to enjoy.

Edible books should be all or partially edible. They can:

· Look like a book in form and shape
· Be inspired by a book or author
· Be a pun of a book title
· Refer to a book character
· Reproduce a book cover
· Just have something to do with books in general

On Monday, April 12, participants may drop off their entries from 9 a.m. to noon at kimbel Library. From noon to 2 p.m., the books will be on display.

If you're interested in participating, e-mail John Watts at jwatts@coastal.edu with your intended book title.
