10 a.m. to 10 p.m.  HTC Center Fitness Floor Hours
Take a break from unpacking and head over to the HTC Center to work up a sweat in our fitness facility.  
10 a.m. Service Event with Civic Engagement
Meet at the Lib Jackson Student Union
Interested in serving the Conway/Myrtle Beach communities before classes begin? Join the Office of Student Life for a service project. Advance registration is requested to determine a headcount for each project. 
10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Beach Bash at the Crown Reef Resort
Shuttles leave from Tradition Pavilion
Grab a beach towel, sunscreen and a few friends, and enjoy an afternoon at the beach. Transportation will be provided. Lunch is free for the first 125 students who arrive at the shuttle stop. Shuttles will run to the beach from Tradition Pavilion starting at 10 a.m.; the last shuttle will leave campus at 2:30 p.m. and return to campus at 4 p.m.

Tours leave from Tradition Pavilion
Go on a class tour with a 2019 Orientation Leader so you can find all of your classes for the semester! Stop by the Tradition Lawn Pavilion to be paired up with an O-Teamer.
11 a.m. Pool and Madden Tournament
Lib Jackson Student Union Game room
Do you play pool or video games? Enter this tournament and meet other students at the same time. Show up at the at 11 a.m. to enter either tournament. The pool tournament will be played in teams of two.
11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Paint It Up
Lib Jackson Student Union A-201
Take a break to let out your inner artist. Come enjoy canvas painting and chill before the semester starts.
2 p.m. Mountain Bike Ride
HTC Outdoor Recreation Center
Join University Recreation for a mountain-bike ride! Meet at the Outdoor Center and ride through the trails of the Waccamaw National Wildlife Refuge. With three tracks to choose from, this is a great ride for beginners or experienced riders interested in the local trails. Fifteen spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
4 to 4:45 p.m. Intramural and Club Sport Interest Session

Come out to see what intramural sports and club sports have in store for 2019-2020. Learn about how to register for and play intramural sports, get information on more than 20 club sports and learn about our program’s activities and policies. There will be giveaways and chances to win CCU prizes.

Faith-based Organizations Interest Session

This session is designed to acquaint you with the variety of faith-based organizations that the campus has to offer. Come get to know members of these organizations, as well as other students who have a similar faith as you.
5 to 5:45 p.m.  CAB/SGA/Chant Nation/SCAF/RHA Interest Session

Learn about the services and programs offered by some of our campus’ largest governing and/or programming student organizations. Hear from students representing the Coastal Activities Board (CAB), Student Government Association (SGA), Chant Nation, Student Chanticleer Athletic Foundation (SCAF) and the Residence Hall Association (RHA). 
5 to 5:45 p.m.   Are you ready for life in a college classroom?

How will you be successful inside the classroom at CCU? Join the Coastal Student Success Center and Kimbel Library staff to learn tips on how to be academically successfully at CCU. 
7 p.m.   Sand Volleyball, 3-on-3 Basketball, Corn Hole Tournaments and Intramural Sign-up
Woods Courts
Interested in playing intramural sports? In the fall, we offer flag football, ultimate Frisbee, whiffle ball and, of course, sand volleyball. Come try your hand at sand volleyball next to the Woods residence halls, meet other students and learn about registering and playing other intramural sports this year.
9 p.m.   Movie on the Lawn with Teal After 10
Singleton Lawn
Looking to relax Sunday night? Come join Teal After 10 for snacks and an outdoor showing of Aladdin! Make sure to bring a blanket or something to sit on. See you on Singleton Lawn!
