Phase 4: Navigate Campus Virtually
Now that you have completed Online Orientation, we want to provide you with an overview of some key tasks you need to complete before arriving on campus, as well as some more in-depth information related to various areas of campus in Phase 4 of our New C.H.A.N.T. Experience.
All new students will be added to an electronic resource “course” in Moodle. Moodle is Coastal Carolina University's electronic learning platform that you will use for many of your classes throughout your time as a student at CCU. Within the course, you will see topic areas for each week leading up to Phase 5: Tackle your transition. There will be tasks for you to complete and information you can review to learn more. We have broken it down by week so that it will not be so overwhelming for you, but you can complete the course at whatever pace works best for you. Do it week-by-week or all at the same time, totally up to you.

Responses to FAQs
This phase of the experience has been designed for you to get a more in-depth look at various services offered on campus. The various modules will provide you a better perspective of the information you would have received at orientation in May/June. While none of them are required, we encourage you to review the types of information offered in order to enhance your transition experience. Incentives will be offered.
We will be offering everything from silicone bracelets and lanyard to t-shirts and swag bags to book scholarships for the semester. The more modules you complete, the bigger the prizes you will be entered to win.
No. Prize winners will be randomly drawn based on the number of modules completed. If you complete one module, you will only be entered to win one prize, but if you complete five modules, you will be entered to win five different prizes. There will be multiple winners.
