Fun facts about Sherri: Sherri has worked in the field of online learning and educational technology for over 18 years. At Coastal, she also serves as a Teaching Associate in the Department of Psychology. In her free time, Sherri actively volunteers with the Alzheimer's Association. She's served as a planning committee member for the Walk to End Alzheimer's, as well as a Co-Chair in recent years, including Co-Chair for the 2017 & 2018 Myrtle Beach Walk to End Alzheimer's. She also serves on the Steering Committee for the OLC Innovate and Accelerate annual conferences and is a member of the MERLOT Psychology Editorial Board, as well as the Editor of the Professional Coaching MERLOT Board.
Primary Tasks: Oversees policies, procedures, and best practices relating to online learning, hybrid online learning, and digital accessibility. Oversight of the COOL Grant programs, QAI (Quality Assessment Inventory), COOL-facilitated training workshops and BPGs, OERs, and digital accessibility recommendations, and the Moodle LMS and 3rd party academic technology tools that interact with our LMS. Also reach out to me for recommendations regarding internal and external course/program promotions in the O/H formats.

Fun Facts about Jane: Jane enjoys spending time with family and walking (count those steps!). She is a member of Loving Hands Crafters whose main project is knitting or crocheting prayer shawls for those experiencing a rough season in their life.

Fun facts about Jessica: Jessica is a Coastal graduate with both her bachelor's and master's degrees and is currently working on her Ed.S. at Coastal as well. Jessica is a huge CCU fan and truly "Bleeds Teal."

Fun facts about Kelly: Kelly relocated here from Pennsylvania and has a daughter that attends Coastal. While in Pennsylvania, Kelly worked very closely with the Griffith Family Foundation to develop and initiate the Sideline Cancer® program, which encourages students from area school districts and universities to create awareness of pancreatic cancer. In her spare time, she enjoys the beach, shopping and being with her daughters. She is currently pursuing her M.Ed. in Instructional Technology here at Coastal.
Fun facts about Sam: Sam is a Myrtle Beach native and is currently attending CCU for a degree in psychology. After she graduates, Sam plans to attend a graduate school for doctorate in cognitive neuroscience. Sam often participates in Out of the Darkness walks and is passionate about mental health issues and awareness. In her free time, Sam enjoys spending time with her family and writing short stories.
Fun facts about Chantin: Chantin is currently a senior at Coastal Carolina University; he is majoring in communication with a concentration in public relations. His plans for the future include attaining his bachelor's degree at CCU and later pursuing a master's degree. He comes from a military family and enjoys listening to music and spending time with family and friends.
