The Coastal Office of Online Learning oversees the online programs and online courses for Coastal Carolina University. However, the Office of Online Learning does not advise students nor provide student technical support for online students. Students must follow the same process as face-to-face students when applying for an online program. To complete this process, please visit the Admissions & Aid website. For technology and Moodle support, contact Coastal's Student Computing Services.

Recently, the Coastal Office for Online Learning launched Ally – a digital accessibility platform for Moodle that provided alternative file formats to you for greater digital access including MP3, electronic braille, and a multitude of languages. Do you need to study on the bus? Now, you can listen to course files via the MP3 download feature. Would another language better suit your learning process? Consider downloading the language of your choice. These are just a few examples of how Ally can better your success at Coastal. On August 9th at 11 a.m. in the Lib Jackson Student Union Rotunda, Ally representatives will provide you with more information about Ally, how it can serve you, brochures, and promotional materials. We encourage you to attend the event – taking place between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m – and learn how Ally can assist you today!
