University Housing staff were contacted and responded. The officer was able to observe the odor of marijuana as they approached the apartment. The officer made contact with the occupants of the apartment and interviewed them. The occupants admitted to possessing marijuana and provided it to the officer. During a search of the room alcohol was discovered. The contraband was seized and the subjects were issued citations. One subject was not a student and was issued a trespass notice and escorted from the property. |
