Time: | 0106 | Officer: | Andersen | Type: | Traffic stop - possession of a stolen vehicle, failure to stop for blue lights | Location: | Clemson Road | Description: | While on patrol a CCU DPS officer observed the subject vehicle being operated on the road with out headlights. The officer attempted to stop the vehicle. The occupants of the vehicle fled from the officer. Officers were given the descriptions of the two occupants and the vehicle was secured. The vehicle was inventoried and towed. HCPD confirmed that the vehicle was stolen and officers located the subjects. The subjects were issued charges by both CCU DPS and HCPD. HCPD officers took the two subjects into custody and transported them to DJJ. |
