The officer interviewed the complainant who described a vehicle that was observed near their residence with several subjects inside. One of the subjects exited the vehicle was observed urinating in the yard and then approaching the neighbors home. The officer attempted to locate the subject. The subject was located a short time later nearby. The subject was stopped and interviewed by the officer. The officer determined that the subject was intoxicated. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
