The subject was located and interviewed the subject was uncooperative with the officer and refused to provide ID. The subject was observed to be intoxicated by the officer. The officer interviewed Tongy's employees and determined the subject had refused to leave when requested by management. The subject was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County detention Center. |
