The complainant was interviewed and described the missing bicycle and the circumstances of the incident. The complainant advised the bicycle was taken between 02/22/17 and 02/23/17. A video review of the area revealed the complainant used the bicycle on 02/23/17. The complainant was re-interviewed and advised they may have ridden the bicycle to class that day. This incident continues to be investigated. |
