The officer located and interviewed the subject who advised it was not a collision but a flat tire. The subject was interviewed and admitted there had been a collision and that they used marijuana. As the interview continued the officer observed a large amount of damage to both vehicles and the subject admitted to consuming alcohol. The subject was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The subject refused to submit a breath sample and was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
