The subject was stopped after initially refusing to stop and was interviewed. The subject was interviewed and was found to be in possession of what appeared to be drug paraphernalia. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Horry County Detention Center (HCDC). On the way to HCDC the subject damaged the interior of the patrol vehicle including a microphone and camera. |
