The officer located and interviewed the witness who observed a parked vehicle being struck. the subject vehicle then left the scene without stopping. The witness was able to describe the subject vehicle for the officer. The officer located the subject vehicle and contacted the drivers of the subject and struck vehicles. The subject was issued a citation and released. A collision report was completed. |
