The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed signs of intoxication. The driver admitted to purchasing alcohol with a false ID. The driver was not able to successfully complete SFSTs. The driver was transported to a breath testing facility and refused to submit a breath sample. The driver was issued citation s and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
