Time: | 2306 | Officer: | Davis | Type: | Possession of controlled substances | Location: | 1821 Barberry Drive | Description: | While on patrol a CCU DPS officer observed vehicle in the roadway on Barberry Drive and stopped to investigate. In one of the vehicles the officer observed possible controlled substances. The vehicle was unoccupied. Officers located the occupants of the vehicle at a nearby home and interviewed them. The three occupants denied any knowledge of the controlled substances. All three were taken into custody and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. A hold was placed for warrants to be obtained.
03/18/17 Warrants were obtained and served on the subjects. |
