Time: | 0002 | Officer: | Fleming | Type: | Possession of paraphernalia | Location: | 1307 Jackson Circle | Description: | While on patrol a CCU DPS officer observed the subject vehicle leaving a parking area at the wildlife refuge well after the posted hours of use and stopped the vehicle to investigate. The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed the odor of marijuana. The driver admitted there was paraphernalia in the vehicle and a passenger provided it for the officer. During a search of the vehicle no marijuana was discovered. One of the passengers admitted to possessing the paraphernalia. The passenger was issued a citation and released. The paraphernalia was seized. This incident is also being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
