While trying to identify the owner the officer discovered that the backpack contained alcohol. The owner returned to the dining hall to retrieve the backpack and was interviewed. The officer determined the subject was of legal age to possess alcohol and was not a CCU student. The subject was issued a trespass notice and escorted from the property. |
