The officer met with University Housing staff at the apartment and made contact with the resident. The resident was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed indicators of drug use in plain sight. The officer requested that the room mate be contacted and return to the apartment. The room mate returned and was interviewed. The room mate admitted to possessing marijuana and provided it to the officer. The room mate was issued a citation and released. The contraband was seized. |
