The officer stopped to investigate. The subjects were advised of the smoking policy and the officer recognized one of the subjects as a previously trespassed subject. The subject was interviewed and determined to be the trespassed person. The subject was taken into custody and during a search marijuana was discovered. The subject was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The contraband was seized. |
