The officer located the owner of the vehicle involved in the collision and interviewed them. The owner claimed another person was driving and fled before the officer arrived. The owner also admitted to having been drinking. The owner was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The vehicle was towed. The owner was transported to the Conway Medical Center and then to the Horry County Detention Center. |
