The vehicle was familiar to the officer because of a previous problem that had occurred in University Place. A traffic stop was made on the vehicle and, during the stop, it was determined that the passenger was in possession of a firearm. The subject was arrested and, during a search of his person, was found to be in possession of “Crack†cocaine. The subject was transported to the county detention center. |
