The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed the odor of marijuana from the vehicle. The driver did admit to using and possessing marijuana. During a search of the vehicle marijuana in multiple packages was discovered along with paraphernalia. The subject was taken into custody and issued citations before being transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed and the contraband was seized. Warrants will be sought on further charges. |
