The driver was interviewed and observed to be displaying signs of intoxication. The driver claimed to be of legal age and presented ID that did no show them to be legal. A false ID was found in the subject's wallet. The subject attempted SFSTs at the officer's request. The subject was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The subject was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The breath sample confirmed they were over the legal limit. The subject was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
