The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed signs of intoxication. The driver was requested to attempt SFSTs and refused. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver refused to submit a breath sample. The driver was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
