Time: | 0232 | Officer: | Cavallini | Type: | Traffic stop - possession of marijuana | Location: | Hwy. 544 and Jackson Bluff Road | Description: | While on patrol a CCU DPS officer observed the subject vehicle being driven in an unsafe manner and stopped the vehicle to investigate. The driver was interviewed and advised they were texting while driving. During the interview the officer observed a bag containing what appeared to be marijuana. During a search of the vehicle more marijuana was discovered and seized. This incident is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
