The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed the odor of marijuana. The driver and several passengers admitted to possessing marijuana and provided it for the officer. During a search one passenger was found to also possess paraphernalia and another possessed another persons ID. Further into the search a handgun was found in the passenger compartment and a rifle was found in the trunk. The driver admitted to possessing the weapons. All the contraband was seized. The driver was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The passengers were issued citations and released. The vehicle was towed. |
