All three occupants were interviewed and the driver was observed to appear nervous. The driver admitted that there may be marijuana in the vehicle and consented to a search. During the search marijuana and other controlled substances and paraphernalia wee discovered. The contraband was seized. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. Warrants will be sought for further charges. The vehicle was released to one of the passengers at the driver's request. |
