While approaching the building officers observe a subject matching the given description of the person involved. The subject was stopped and interviewed. Other officers located and interviewed the complainant. The interview of the complainant determined that the incident was a larceny not a robbery and that the subject the officers stopped was the same person involved in the larceny. The subject consented to a search of their vehicle and in the vehicle stolen property was discovered. The property was seized and the subject was taken into custody, issued citations, and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
