The officer found a vehicle stuck in the swamp near the gate when they arrived. The driver was interviewed and admitted to damaging the gate when they used it to try and get the stuck vehicle out of the swamp. The gate is not CCU property. The owner of the gate was located and declined to prosecute. The driver was issued a trespass notice. |
