One officer interviewed the victim and another located and interviewed the subject. The victim's phone was still in the subject's possession. An officer retrieved the phone from the subject's vehicle with the subject's consent. While the officer was retrieving the phone they observed the odor of marijuana. During a consent search of the vehicle marijuana was discovered. The subject was issued a citation and given a trespass notice before being released. There were no charges from the altercation. |
