The officer made contact with the subject and interviewed them. The subject appeared to be intoxicated and refused to attempt SFSTs. An open container of alcohol was discovered in the subject's vehicle. The subject was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The subject refused to submit a breath sample. The subject was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
