The driver was interviewed and the officer determined the license plate was expired. A records check also determined that there was an active warrant from another agency for driver. The officer observed that the windshield was damaged in such a way that it obstructed the view of the driver. The driver was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was released to a licensed driver. |
